Mr. Ince began working with OpenDemand in June 2000 and currently serves
as the Company's Vice President of Development.
He is directly responsible for overseeing the design, development and
integration of the Company's line of performance optimization products.
Mr. Ince's programming and technology skill set includes C/C++, Java,
Java Script, Java Server Pages and Servlets, XML, PERL, UNIX Korn Shell,
Oracle PL/SQL and SQL. He has extensive experience developing and integrating
commercial as well as open source technologies such as IBM WebSphere, Netscape's I-Planet,
BEA's Weblogic and Apache's Web and Jakarta server on popular platforms
such as Windows NT/2000, Solaris and LINUX.
Prior to OpenDemand, Mr. Ince was a Senior Software Engineer and team
leader at Qwest Internet Solutions, where his responsibilities included
Web application design, architecture and programming. Mr. Ince has spearheaded
the development of high-revenue based, mission-critical applications,
often specific to the financial, health insurance, and banking industries,
using robust Web based technologies and best software engineering practices.
Some of his more recent projects included a risk scoring securities application,
Web based publishing tools, a rule based advertising engine and entitlement
based security system for Web servers.
Prior to Qwest, Mr. Ince honed his development skills at Bellcore, where
he was instrumental in developing two high-profile Internet products,
Adapt/X Harness and Adapt/X Advertiser. Adapt/X Harness is an intelligent,
Web based search engine capable of concept and content based searching.
Adapt/X Advertiser is a Web based advertising engine designed to parse
HTML source code and dynamically generate ads based on contracts and rules.
Mr. Ince graduated from the Rutgers University, Rutgers College with
a B.A. in Computer Science and Economics.
